The house
Newly built, in the middle of everything.
Kallisti Apartments stands in the centre of Skiathos Town, where Papadiamantis Street meets Evangelistrias. There are two triple rooms and eight apartments, sleeping two to six people, all of them spacious, bright and finished to the same standard.
Every one has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a fridge, a television and free Wi-Fi, and the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find things you might not expect — large wardrobes and a washing machine. Cleaning is daily, in every stay.
It suits families, couples and groups of friends who want to be near the shops, the bars and the evening atmosphere of the town. Staying in the centre does not cut you off from the rest of the island: the nearest bus stop is a five to seven minute walk, and the Old Port, where the boats leave for the beaches and around the island, is about four minutes away.

Papadiamantis Street is the loudest street on the island in August. Step inside and there is a courtyard of trees and pot plants, with a bench and a table in the shade — the quiet half of staying in the centre. Most of the apartments also have their own balcony with a table and chairs.

The apartments and the studio add a kitchen or kitchenette with an oven, a hob and kitchenware; the two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments have a full kitchen. Soundproofing, tile or marble floors and large wardrobes are standard, and there is a washing machine.
Getting in and up
Step-free from the street, with a lift to every floor.
The building has access for disabled guests and a large, modern lift that reaches the upper floors — not something you can take for granted in a town of stepped alleys.
The island
A hundred beaches, and a town worth the walk.
Skiathos has more than a hundred beaches, pine forest down to the water, and a town that comes alive in the late afternoon. Boats leave the Old Port every morning for Lalaria and Tsougrias.

Shops, coffee, dinner and a drink at the Old Port as the sun goes down.
